Belarus

Motorway tolls are payable for part of the motorways and on some expressways

Outside the capital, Minsk, some motorways are free. Tolls for vehicles weighing up to 3.5 tonnes can be paid with an electronic vignette valid for 15 days, 30 days and one year. The prices of the payment methods and the vehicle categories are available on the toll tariffs page (beltoll.by).

The annual vignette takes effect 15 days before the start of the calendar year and is valid until the 15th day of the year following the year of validity.

The e-vignette can be purchased online at ev.beltoll.vy () or in person at a Customer Service Point
